Our Assembly, Repair and Maintenance (ARMO) Team is assembling and testing the latest products of equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative best tools.
 

Take control of innovation
 

As a Lead ARMO Specialist you will contribute to the development of an operational year plan for your own department activities of the team. You will also discuss consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.

As a Lead ARMO Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
  • Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
  • Handling targeted projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in related services).
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Assembly, Repair and Maintenance techniques.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills.
