Partner with the best

You will be responsible for the activities related to the process of building winning proposals/quotations for the opportunities identified and prospected in the market by the Sales team and will lead all the functions supporting the commercial process and deliverables. By doing these activities you will contribute to sales plan in a specific region and support the strategy for targeted clients.

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Lead (influential not functional) all the functions supporting the commercial process and deliverables like technical proposals, schedules, sourcing, execution plan and quality)
  • Revise and negotiate with customers the contract Terms & Conditions
  • Ensure deals deliver shareholder value while driving competitive pricing and value added to client.
  • Prepare the deal business case for leadership approval prior submission.
  • Support operational, finance, commercial and contractual risk assessment and seek for internal approvals.
  • Secure process compliance and support internal audits
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support to deliver sales plan.
  • Support price benchmark and the strategy for targeted clients
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice
  • Compile and submit required tender documentation.
  • Handle diverse clients in a region/hub

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Law / Administration / Economics / Accounting / Finance)
  • OR; Have Bachelor’s degree in other area but strong analytical and mathematics capabilities
  • 4+ years experience in Commercial Proposals, Costing, Contracts, Finance, Sourcing or Project Management
  • Have fluent English
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adjust communication according to audience. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have ability to influence others and informally lead teams
  • Lead initiatives from low to medium complexity scope of work or contractual structure. Ability to coordinate several commercial opportunities simultaneously, proven analytical and organizational ability
  • Have ability to deal with pressure and workload seasonality
