As Lead Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Executing the design, analysis, and/or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting based upon precedents in the organizations.
- Working together with supply chain and business leadership to support product launch. Specifies needs, communicate effectively about design functional requirements, and presents outcomes of research done.
- Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams.
- Estimating and managing project timelines and costs.
- Planning and executing product validation in a test lab environment by preparing and executing assembly and test procedures.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Engineering Degree required, Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in research and design projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Experience in Solidworks CAD system
