The Artificial Lift Systems Critical Well Project Manager function reports to the Critical Well Project Management Office within the ALS Product Line. The Project Manager will be the AccessESP focal point for customer equipment orders requiring enhanced quality measures, checks, documentation, testing, or witnessed activities. The Project Manager is also the communication interface between the Regional Account/Project Managers and Product Center Supply Chain and Engineering facing up to customer orders with enhanced requirements. Customer equipment orders with enhanced quality requirements often face up to artificial lift markets such as subsea, offshore, and operations with high intervention costs.
As a Critical Well Project Manager for AccessESP, you will be responsible for:
- Plans, coordinates, and implements all phases of moderately complex project(s) defined as a total system or primary project including new technologies of substantial monetary value and with significant vendor and customer interface where ensuring reliability, quality, and delivery time are key.
- Analyze and evaluate detailed technical specifications for tenders, proposals, and opportunities for purposes of developing project specific quality control plans and inspection test plans.
- Ensures project requirement implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning and manufacturing processes.
- Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
- Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes as relates to project deliverables.
- Responsible for administration of contract deliverables, as well as, specified contract support documentation.
- Interfaces with both external and internal customers, domestic and international, on technical and commercial issues.
- Coordinates efforts for quality review designator (QRD) implementation in facility.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or specialized degree from an accredited university or college
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Demonstrate experience in managing multiple complex projects in a time sensitive environment where technical uncertainty and cost of intervention can be significant.
- Be capable of integrating activities of numerous departments/individuals and 3rd parties for the successful completion of projects.

- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a slight variation at times to meet the demands of business
