Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

Responsibilities as an Applications SME include:
- Accountable for product line service delivery performance within the region
- Business Readiness Assessments (BRA) via technical expertise/support to account health checks and total systems approach
- Project Readiness Assessments (PRA) via technical expertise/support to account health checks and total systems approach
- Training of UC NAL Service Delivery teams
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars
- Work closely with the Area Tech Managers, Tech Response Team Manager and Service Delivery Managers to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resource mix to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Have a Bachelors degree with 8+ years of related experience
- Demonstrate a solid technical background gained in a technical support function, or a sales/commercial environment
- Have experience with production chemicals to assist wellbore stimulation
- Have knowledge of Facility treatment
- Be happy to travel to regional locations in North America to work with customers
- Be able to lead and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with customers and teams across the business
- Have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach
