Job Summary

The Hydraulic Fracturing Engineering Support Specialist supports the engineering team with multiple administrative duties; gathers and analyzes field data for internal and external review; and monitors Engineering Department vehicles to ensure upkeep and compliance with scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Hydraulic Fracturing (HF) Operations Management and Engineering teams with various assigned duties (i.e., HF focus disclosures, HF data management or validations, Field Engineer progression files, etc.)
  • Gather, manage, and validate all fleet HF field data and present data to Engineering leadership for use in reports or reviews
  • Complete HF Focus Regulatory Reports for each completed well and submit report to the Texas Railroad Commission
  • Track Field Engineer growth and assist with training presentations or tests that aid with career progression
  • Monitor Engineering Department vehicle upkeep (i.e., oil changes, registrations, inspections, etc.) and inform Field Engineers when scheduled vehicle maintenance is due
  • Update the Engineering Job Log and handbook as requested
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) polices by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree is preferred
  • 2 years of field related oilfield experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills, able to gather, organize, and report data
  • Growth oriented, willing to continually learn and improve
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Good time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and meet reporting deadlines
  • Must have strong attention to detail
